Special Note to users of our online Bulletin Board:
Our Bulletin Board is an OPEN BOARD, which means ANYONE can post messages.  There are no requirements for pre-registration, user verification, membership or fees.  All we ask is that users truthfully identify themselves and leave a means of contact; typically an email address does it all.   If you'd like to post a message, just follow the instructions on the Bulletin Board "Welcome" page. We recommend that you do not leave your full personal information (name and phone and address)....just a phone or email should suffice.
blank
We also ask that you observe reasonable "netiquette".... This "board" is offered as a neighborhood forum and users should respect this objective.  If you find something objectionable please let us know.
blank
Messages which are anonymous, or are beyond general netiquette, risk deletion. Again, please see our legal notices.
